Article 1 (Purpose and Nature of Service)

These terms outline the conditions of use and limitations of liability for the custom video production services (e.g., birthday cards, thank you letters, short-form content) provided by APT-online.com ("the Company"). The Company solely acts as a production agency, creating video content based entirely on the requests and materials provided by the Client.

Article 2 (Client Materials and Intellectual Property)

• The Client must own or have the legal right to use all materials provided to the Company for video production, including but not limited to photos, scripts, text, and logos.
• The Client guarantees that the provided materials do not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyrights, portrait rights, or trademarks. The Company shall not be held liable for any third-party claims of intellectual property or copyright infringement arising from the use of Client-provided materials.

Article 3 (Limitation of Liability and Use of Content)

• The Client is ultimately responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and approving the final video content before any personal or public release.
• Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or defamation claims, arising from the use or inability to use the produced video.
• The Client may not request the production of content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or hateful. The Company reserves the right to refuse such requests without prior notice.

Article 4 (AI Generation and Limitations)

This video may be produced using advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. Due to the inherent nature of AI, the final product may not achieve pixel-perfect details. Minor unnatural transitions or visual artifacts (hallucinations) may occur, and such occurrences are not considered production defects.

Article 5 (Cancellation and Refund Policy)

Clients may cancel their order within 24 hours of payment to receive a full 100% refund. However, refunds may be restricted if the actual video production process has already significantly commenced or been completed.
